The Life of an Amaryllis

I started this project shortly before Christmas, 2023, and made at least one picture every day from the very first sign of a flower blooming, to the end of its life.... a total of 18 days. It's a project that I had done once before, about five years ago, so I had already experienced the challenge of trying to find a new perspective every day. This time around I decided to include a few human elements into the background which enhances, I feel, the visual interest. After all, a great picture is more than just a wall decoration... it holds your attention and keeps bringing you back.
